Accessibility

Last updated: October 5, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Tidypage, whatever their abilities, their device or the way they browse.

Our commitment

We aim for the tidypage.app website, including the client dashboard, to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

In practice, this means we work to:

  1. use clear page structure, with one main heading per page and headings in a logical order;
  2. make every feature usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator;
  3. give text alternatives to meaningful images;
  4. keep sufficient color contrast between text and background, in both light and dark mode;
  5. label every form field and explain errors in text, not by color alone;
  6. let the page work when zoomed up to 200 percent and on small screens;
  7. respect your system settings: if you have asked your device to reduce motion, the opening animation on our home page is turned off and the page appears already in place; if you have asked it to reduce transparency, buttons use a solid background.

Current status

to be completed: accessibility assessment status

No independent accessibility audit has been carried out yet. Until it is, we do not claim full conformance.

Known limitations

  1. Payment page. Payment takes place on Stripe Checkout, a page run by Stripe. We do not control its accessibility. If you have any difficulty paying, write to us and we will help.
  2. Previews of your website. While we are building your site, the preview link we share may not yet meet every requirement. We check the final site before launch.
  3. Content you supply. The accessibility of your own website also depends on the content you give us. For example, we need you to tell us what your photos show so we can write good text alternatives.
  4. External links. Reference sites and other external pages linked from our service are outside our control.

Tell us about a problem

If something on our website is hard to use, or if you need information in another format, please tell us at hello@tidypage.app. Describe the page and the problem, and, if you can, the device, browser and assistive technology you use.

We will reply within to be completed: accessibility response days business days and, where we can, fix the problem or give you the information in a format that works for you.
